This vacation home is at the foot of mountain and on the lake, where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset on the lake with surrounding mountains. Hear the waves tapping the shore, see birds floating by and fish jumping in the lake while cooking gourmet food in the kitchen. Or look at the stars at night!

Built in 2005, this duplex lakefront home has 6br/4ba total, including two master bedrooms, two kitchens.
The two 3br/2ba units are side by side, have exact same layout. Each unit has its own private yard and upper and lower decks. The lakehouse has the spectacular view of
Mount Konocti
and the lake. Each unit features a fully-enclosed yard and is kid and pet
friendly. Each unit has its own kitchen, separate entrance and private spaces.
The two units have common area at the front of the house if you have a big group and rent the whole house.

of scenic drive from San Francisco or Sacramento. Nice is about
ten minutes North of Lakeport, California.

BoatingBoating is something you don't want to miss in clearlake. You can moor your small fishing boat or jet ski on our private beach. Or you can dock your boat at the Harbor Restaraunt& Launge(old Harbor Bar& Grill) at $15 per day, which is within 1 minute walk. You can also dock your boat at Nice Holiday Harbor, which is only 5 mins drive from the home. Public and Free 24hr boat launch is 3 minutes drive from the house.
